If you need to cancel your course registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to simmi.eda@gmail.com
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations of bookings up to end of August 2025, you will receive a full refund.
For cancellations of bookings after the end of August up to the beginning of October there will be an administration fee of £1500.
Any cancellations after October or failure to attend the course no refund will be provided.
In the event that Esthetic Dental Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled promptly, and you will be notified as such. Please note that Esthetic Dental Academy cannot be liable for any additional costs associated with this.
Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
